Review: Tossed Into Love by Aurora Rose Reynolds

Thank you baby Jesus for allowing me to receive this AMAZING book early. I squealed like my 6 year old daughter at a water park when I saw it on my kindle. NO JOKE. I am one of ARR's biggest fans. This woman can do no wrong. I have thoroughly enjoyed her Fluke My Life series and have been DYING to get my hands on Libby's story! So without further ado, here's my review (Ha! I rhymed! How adorable. Insert eye roll here)

Story Line: So Libby is sister numero 3 - Fawn's story is book 1, and Mackenzie's is book 2. Libby is a fashionista and a super smart cookie. She's got a great head on her shoulders and the heart of a saint. I mean, she rescues a kitten. Come on now. How amazing is she? And then there's Antonio. Her longtime crush who is a total jerkface to her. When these two stop being snippy and argumentative with one another, that's when the fun begins. You see, it turns out, there's a fine line between love and hate, and Libby and Antonio dance right over that line. Antonio doesn't want to look back. He sees a future with Libby - that is until she sort of bursts his alpha man ego. But even through the bad dates, jealousy and misunderstandings, they find their HEA.

Interaction: Holy crap. At the beginning of the book, I had to reread the blurb because I was not convinced this was a story about Libby and Antonio. I mean, they are seriously not nice to one another on multiple occasions. With Libby, I get it. She's loved this guy from afar for as long as she can remember and he doesn't really pay her a single second of attention. But what's his deal? Ohhhhh, that's right. Baggage. He's got some. Or a lot. And he lets the past squash a heck of a lot of his potential future. Not cool, man. Thankfully, as I said before, Libby is amazing. She's forgiving and understanding and gorgeous. I want to hate her for her perfection. But I just can't bring myself to do it.

Laundry: I'm not going to lie to you. I had high expectations for the laundry in this book. You see, ARR is the best writer of it. Her scenes are just the right amount of naughty without going over the top into erotic. And this book did not disappoint. Libby and Antonio are FIRE. They spicy and sweet all at the same time. It was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more from these two.

Depth: Not gonna lie, I totally thought the depth would be coming from some secret baggage that Libby was holding on to. NOPE. Antonio - our man of mystery brought us a well rounded love story. Someone's always got to ruin a perfectly easy story. And that ball buster was in our hero's past. Plus there's the whole pizza shop that threw off his man card for a hot second. Thankfully, Antonio was able to come to his senses in enough time to make sure Libby got the story she deserves.

Tossed Into Love was the perfect ending to the Fluke My Life series. I'm sad to see it end, but I cannot wait to hear what's next from our beloved Aurora Rose Reynolds!
